New company activity filters available
We’re excited to announce new activity filters for more advanced searching.
You can now easily include or exclude from a search any saved list, previously downloaded records, or those pushed to your CRM.
Company activity filters enables you to:
- See which records you’ve previously downloaded or pushed to your CRM for better transparency.
- Ensure you’re prospecting only new companies or individuals, streamlining your efforts for greater efficiency.
- Build out more advanced searches using saved lists for improved segmentation. For example, you can use an existing saved company list to identify new prospects at those companies.

Manage your data with new upload and enrich functionality
We're excited to launch New list upload and enrichment functionality. This will help you more easily enrich your own data, match customer accounts to find new prospects at those companies, and more easily track changes at those companies with our signals functionality (request early access for Signals). Designed to supercharge your prospecting and data enrichment efforts, this powerful tool makes managing and enhancing your data easier than ever.
The data upload and enrichment exchange enables you to:
- Enrich your own data: Upload your existing prospect or customer lists to enrich with new data including up-to-date contact information, enhancing the quality of your contact and company database.
- Match customer accounts: Cross-reference your target accounts to find new people at those companies, or to exclude them from your Firmable searches so you can stay focused on finding new prospects.

Connect the HubSpot Enrichment app
From March 17, HubSpot will no longer automatically enrich company records. The Firmable Enrichment HubSpot app is available now, making it easy to continue keeping your contact and company records enriched and up-to-date. Once installed, you can enrich records directly within HubSpot, selecting which fields to update to ensure your database stays accurate and relevant. This integration helps you maintain high-quality data. Available on all our Teams or Teams Pro subscriptions.
