Below is a step-by-step guide on how to use the Firmable Enrichment HubSpot app including the process of enriching contacts and companies records.

Enrich HubSpot contact records
- Find the specific contact you wish to enrich and click on it.
- In the right sidebar, locate the Firmable enrichment CRM card and click on the Enrich contact button.
Tip: If your Firmable enrichment CRM card is located at the bottom of the right sidebar, you can move it closer to the top of the sidebar for easier access. See How to move the position of your Firmable enrichment app in HubSpot.
- A pop-up window will appear displaying all available fields for enrichment. Choose the fields you want to enrich by selecting the boxes on the left.
Note: Enriching a record will only use one credit per contact, regardless of how many fields are enriched. If you have previously enriched the record, you can re-enrich it without using additional credits.
- Click on Enrich to apply the changes.
- The next page will confirm the updates made and the record enrichment process is now completed. Click Done to return to the contact record.
- You will see the contact record enriched with new data.
Other actions available on HubSpot contact records
From the Firmable Enrichment CRM card, you can access your Firmable account directly.
- Click on Actions to display dropdown options where you'll be able to choose from View people in Firmable or Search in Firmable.
- Click on View people in Firmable to see the same contact in Firmable and additional data available on them including work history, skills, education, similar people, etc.
- Click on Search in Firmable to directly access Firmable and search for more contacts or companies, manage your lists, etc.
Enrich HubSpot company records
- Find the specific company you wish to enrich and click on it.
- In the right sidebar, locate the Firmable Enrichment CRM card and click on Enrich company.
- A pop-up window will appear displaying all available fields for enrichment. Choose the fields you want to enrich by selecting the boxes on the left. .
Note: Enriching a record will only use one credit per company, regardless of how many fields are enriched. If you have previously enriched the record, you can re-enrich it without using additional credits.
- Click on Enrich to apply the changes.

Other actions available on HubSpot company records
From the Firmable Enrichment CRM card, you can access your Firmable account directly.- Click on Actions and choose from Enrich contacts linked to this company, View company in Firmable, or Search in Firmable.
- Click on View company in Firmable to access the company profile in FIrmable and see all the information available about it including company details, technographics or news about the company.
- Click on Search in Firmable to directly access Firmable and search for more contacts or companies, manage your lists, etc.
Enrich contacts linked to this company
- Click on Enrich contacts linked to this company to see other contact records in HubSpot linked to this company where there is Firmable data available for enrichment.
- On the next screen you will see the contacts linked to this company. Select the contacts you want to enrich and click on Enrich.
- The data will be enriched and you will be able to proceed with your activity.
