Below is a detailed guide on filtering options to include or exclude previously pushed, enriched, or downloaded company and people records in your Firmable searches.
These filters will help:- See which records you’ve previously downloaded or pushed to your CRM for better transparency.
- Ensure you’re prospecting only new companies or individuals, streamlining your efforts for greater efficiency.
- Build out more advanced searches using saved lists for improved segmentation. For example, you can use an existing saved company list to identify new prospects at those companies.

Prerequisites
- You have integrated your CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce).
- You are on a Teams or Teams Pro plan with Firmable.
- If you are on an Individual plan or, please use the Records downloaded filter.

How to filter by records pushed to or enriched in your CRM
- Go to Search and on the left side panel scroll to Company Activity.
- Click the filter Records pushed or enriched.
- Click the + icon, this will filter only records pushed to or enriched in your CRM by your company. A tick symbol will display when the filter has been applied successfully.
- Click Done and then + Add more filters if you want to apply additional filters to your search.
How to exclude records pushed to or enriched in your CRM
- Go to Search and on the left side panel scroll to Company Activity.
- Click the filter Records pushed or enriched.
- Hover your mouse over the Records pushed or enriched filter and an exclude icon will appear (a circle with a diagonal strike through it). Click this icon to exclude records pushed to or enriched in your CRM by your company from appearing in your search.
- The filter will turn red when the filter has been applied successfully.
- Click Done and then + Add more filters to apply additional filters to your search.
Records downloaded
How to filter by records downloaded
- Go to Search and on the left side panel scroll to Company Activity.
- Click the filter Records downloaded.
- Click the + icon, this will filter to only show records downloaded by your company. A tick symbol will display when the filter has been applied successfully.

How to filter by records on a list
- Go to Search and on the left side panel scroll to Company Activity.
- Click the filter Records added to lists.
- Click into the Search list names box. Click on your list from the dropdown or start typing the name of your list to narrow down the results for easy selection. You will now be able to view records that have been added to that specific list in Firmable.
How to exclude records on a list
- Go to Search and on the left side panel scroll to Company Activity.
- Click the filter Records added to lists.
- Hover your mouse over the List name and an exclude icon will appear (a circle with a diagonal strike through it). Click this icon to exclude records from that specific list in Firmable from appearing in your search.
