  • If you need to downgrade your current plan, please reach out directly to support@firmable.com for assistance. 

How to add users to your plan

  •  If you are on a Teams or Teams Pro plan, see our article on how to invite new users to your account. This will automatically upgrade your subscription cost.
  • If you are on an Individual plan and want to upgrade to add more users to your account,  
    see how to upgrade your plan to Teams or Teams Pro plans first.  

To add users to your plan, you will need to be an Admin, Billing, or Manager user role type.


How to remove a user from your plan 

  • If you are on a Teams or Teams Pro plan, see our article on how to remove a user from your plan.  
  • If you’re on an Individual plan and want to switch your user to someone else, email support@firmable.com.
