How to manage credits

Learn how to manage your credits to ensure you make the most of Firmable's potential

Below is an overview of how to manage your credits including when credits are consumed, how to manage them, and how to add more credits if needed.

When are credits consumed

There are 4 situations in which using Firmable will consume credits:

  • When requesting to view a mobile number, one credit is consumed.
  • The first time you download a record, it will use one credit. We regularly update company records with new data, so if you download the same company record again, even if the data has been updated, it will not use any additional credits.

  • If you need a mobile number or an email that is not available on our platform, you can request it, and if we obtain it, we will send it to you via email. This action also consumes one credit each time you do it. Learn more about how to request info.

  • When enriching a record on HubSpot, you will also consume one credit. Enriching a record will only use one credit per contact or company, regardless of how many fields are enriched. And if you have previously enriched the record, you can re-enrich it without using additional credits. Learn more about how to use HubSpot Enrichment app.

How to manage your credits

  • Once logged in, go to Manage account  and click on Credits. 
  • On the Credits page, you can see:
    • Subscription credits: These are the credits included in your subscription.Subscription credit are replenished every month. If you have any remaining credits at the end of the month, they do not roll over to the next month.
    • Add-on credits: Add-on credits are bundles of credits that you can purchase in addition to your subscription. Add-on credits do not expire, so you can use them whenever you need them as long as your subscription is active. Add-on credits are always used after your subscription credits have been fully consumed.

How to add more credits

  • Click on Add credit to start the process of adding add-on credits.
  • You will get a pop-up box where you can add credits. You will see the cost per credit and the total price for the number of credits you're buying.

  • Choose your payment method and click on the Pay button.

  • After the payment is processed, you'll get a confirmation message on the screen, and your credit balance will reflect the new credits.
