Learn how to upgrade your current Firmable subscription.
Prerequisites
- You are an Admin, Billing, or Manager role type.
Upgrading your plan
- Click profile icon and Manage account.
- Click Plans and subscriptions and Change plan.
- View upgrade options and our plan types, see further details on our pricing page.
To downgrade of your current plan, please reach out to support@firmable.com
- If you're currently on one of our monthly plans, you have the option to upgrade to an annual plan. Click the Annual and Monthly to toggle between plan types.
- Select the plan by clicking on it. A blue checkbox will appear next to your selection. Click Update subscription to confirm your upgrade.
- An overview of the changes to your plan will be displayed. Here you can also add additional users to your plan by clicking + Add users.
- Click Confirm and pay to upgrade your plan. Your stored payment method will be charged. Or, if you need to make any changes to your plan selection, click Close and adjust.
