Salesforce integration now live for seamless prospecting
We are excited to announce our Salesforce integration is now live! Currently in beta, we are eager for you to get this connected and reach out with any feedback.
Connecting your Firmable account with Salesforce will help simplify your data processes and boost efficiency. With this integration, you'll easily discover new companies and contacts in Firmable and push them directly to Salesforce. This means more time selling and less time searching or managing spreadsheets. Available on our Teams or Teams Pro Annual subscriptions.

Enrichment API now available for early access users
We’ve had a lot of customers ask us about API access to connect in with other platforms to enrich their data at scale, so we’re excited to announce that our enrichment API will be available soon. We’re currently seeking early access customers interested in providing feedback.

New construction module released with industry-specific data
Our new data module for the construction industry is now available in beta. Giving customers access to industry-specific data, filters, and contact details that have never been mapped before for the Australian market – all within Firmable’s B2B database. We’ve received great feedback during our early access period and are now seeking out beta customers interested in deeper data points for better segmentation of the construction industry.
Available on our Teams or Teams Pro Annual subscriptions for only $40 extra per user per month (after 33% annual discount).

Data improvements including over 200k new companies
The Firmable team is dedicated to continuously enhancing the quality and breadth of our data. We've recently enriched our database with 200,000+ new companies in the last month, giving you even more opportunities to discover potential leads and grow your business.
We're placing a big focus on adding more contact details, so you can connect with the right people exactly when you need to. With the team adding new mobile numbers and work emails monthly, you’ll have direct access to more key decision-makers, making your outreach more effective and timely.

We've updated our search filters and made them shareable
Our team has been working on improving our filtering options to help you better search for and identify your key targets. One of the key enhancements is the addition of a work email filter. This ensures that your lists contain the primary work emails of your contacts, optimising your outreach efforts.
We've also enhanced the Job Title filter and Keywords section, making it easier than ever to navigate searches and find the data you're looking for.
You can also now share the URL from any Saved Search to make it easier to collaborate with your team or partners/agencies external to your organisation.
Enhancements to our browser extension
To streamline your prospecting efficiency, you can now position the browser extension where you want, add or enrich companies and contacts directly from the Firmable extension into your lists, or push directly to HubSpot to streamline your sales processes.Don’t have the browser extension installed yet?

Easily download a contact from the company page
Easily download, push to HubSpot or Salesforce, or add a contact to a list directly from a company page. This allows you to build your lists either from the main search page or while browsing within the company's page, giving flexibility to the way you like to prospect and build lists. 
We've added new registers
We're always adding to our custom registers!
Our registers are unique Australian data sets, exclusive to our platform, and aren’t available on international databases like ZoomInfo or Lusha. If you haven’t explored them yet, registers are pre-curated lists you’ll find in the filters section when searching Firmable. Navigate to the main search page to explore all registers (the ability to search these is coming soon).
Some of our recently added registers include:
- B corp certified companies: B Corp certification is awarded to companies that meet rigorous standards of social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency.
- Trusted traders accreditation: Trusted Traders Accreditation is a certification that recognises businesses with secure and compliant supply chains.
- Australian disability enterprises (ADE): Australian Disability Enterprises are businesses that provide meaningful employment opportunities for people with disabilities, focusing on skill development and community inclusion.
- Indigenous Business Directory: The Indigenous Business Directory is a comprehensive listing of Indigenous-owned businesses across various sectors, designed to promote and support Indigenous entrepreneurship.
