How to downgrade your plan
- If you need to downgrade your current plan, please reach out directly to support@firmable.ai for assistance.
How to add users to your plan
- If you are on a Small Teams or Teams Pro plan, see our article on how to invite new users to your account. This will automatically update your subscription cost.
- If you are on an Individual plan and want to add more users to your account, see how to upgrade your plan to Small Teams or Teams Pro first.
To add users to your plan, you need the Admin role.

- Learn how to manage your credits, including how credit rollover works and how to purchase more credits.
How to add Tech Intelligence to your plan
- Tech Intelligence is a paid add-on for Teams Pro and Enterprise plans with at least 5 users. It's added for every user on your account.
- On the Search page, click Enquire today in the Tech Intelligence section of the filter panel, or contact your account manager.
- If you're on an Individual or Small Teams plan, you'll need to move to Teams Pro first. Our team can take you through both.
