Tech Intelligence is here: find companies by the technology they run, right inside Firmable. Saved searches are now Segments you can share with your team, Account Intelligence gives sharper answers with sources, signal webhooks carry contact details, and anyone can now start a free trial without a credit card.
Introducing Tech Intelligence
Tech Intelligence shows the technology a company runs, from its CRM and cloud provider to its email platform and website tools. Use it to find companies running a competitor's product, companies using a tool that works well alongside yours, or accounts on a platform your team supports, along with the people to contact.
We detect technology from four public sources: company websites, DNS records, public service scans and job ads. That gives us coverage of around 19 million companies and more than 87,000 technologies. Every detection shows a confidence level and when we last observed it, so you can use high-confidence, recent detections for outreach and a wider range for market sizing.
Open the new Tech Intelligence page from the top menu bar, or use the Technologies filter in the Search filter panel alongside your usual filters. You can also describe what you want with AI search, for example "SaaS companies in Australia using HubSpot", or ask your AI tool through the Firmable MCP.
Tech Intelligence is an add-on for Teams Pro and Enterprise plans, and it replaced technographics on 15 October 2026.

Saved searches are now Segments
Saved searches have a new name and a new trick. Segments can be shared across your organisation, so the whole team works from the same lists instead of rebuilding them one by one. Switch between All, Favourites, Private, Shared and Recommended, and star the segments you use most.
Recommended segments give you a few ready-to-run searches to start with. Click one and the results open with the filters already applied.

Sharper answers from Account Intelligence
Account Intelligence now runs on an upgraded AI model, and the answers are noticeably better. 93% of responses now include at least one source link, up from 29%, so you can see where an insight came from before you use it. Answers are also more relevant and more specific to the account you're researching.

Tell Firmable what you sell
The AI search box on the home page now asks who you are, what you sell and who you sell to. New users fill this in when they sign up, and existing users can add it from the search box at any time. We'll use your profile to tailor your Firmable experience over time.
Signal webhooks now include contact details
Signal webhook payloads now carry richer signal detail, plus any work emails and mobile numbers you've already revealed. Your downstream workflows in Zapier, n8n, Slack or your CRM get the contact details straight away, without a second lookup.

Free trials, no credit card needed
