We’ve made it easier to create highly targeted Signal agents so you can focus on the updates that matter most across your saved lists. When setting up a new agent, you can now refine tracking with more precision – filter company signals by key topics and summary terms, and people signals by job titles, departments or seniority.
This level of precision ensures that the right opportunities surface at the right time, turning updates into meaningful conversations that drive action.
When creating a new Signal agent, you can now refine tracking with more precision:
- Company signals: Filter by key topics and summary terms to pinpoint companies hiring or expanding in your focus areas.
- People signals: Target based on job titles, departments or seniority to monitor movement in the roles that matter most to you.

Introducing signal notifications
You can now receive notifications for your Signal agents directly in the Firmable app and via a weekly email digest. This helps you stay on top of important updates and prospect smarter. Notifications can now be accessed by:
- In‑App Notifications: Click the bell icon in the top navigation bar to see all notifications generated by your organisation’s Signal agents.
- Weekly Email Digest: You’ll receive a summary email of new signal events across your organization. Each listed signal links back to Firmable so you can dive straight into the details. If no new events occurred during the week, no email will be sent.
