- By default, an All list signals agent is created for all lists across your organisation and all our signal events. This is a system agent and unable to be edited.
- To create a Signals agent, click + Create.
- Type an Agent title, to help you identify and manage the agent in the future.
- Select your preferred list/s to monitor signals across. You can choose up to five lists by selecting on the list name or the + icon.
- Apply up to five company signal types you want to monitor. Learn more about the company signal types available.
- Note: The list you selected must include companies to track people signal types.
- Once you select the company signal you want to track, click the down arrow then + Add condition to add precision targeting.
- Select from the dropdown what condition you want to target based on: Key topics, Summary and Recency.
- Key topics: Key words that describe what the signal is about. This can include areas such as project collaboration, new hires, or funding growth. Use key topics to narrow your agent to specific types of activity. For example: if you only want to see Recruitment and hiring signals related to sales roles, add sales as a key topic.
- Summary: The short sentence or paragraph describing the signal. You can search or filter summaries for specific words or phrases that match what you're looking for. For example: to find companies hiring in marketing, add marketing in the summary search.
- Recency: target signals based on how recent they are. You can choose to see signals from the last 7, 30, or 90 days to keep your insights up to date.
- If you apply more than one condition, click AND button to use logical operators to set your conditions:
- AND: Narrows your search so that all selected conditions must be met.
- OR: Broadens your search so that any selected condition can be met.
- To add another condition, click + Add condition. To remove a condition, click the X.

- Department: Focus on people within a specific team or function. For example, sales or marketing department
- Job title: Target people by their current role or title. For example, CEO or Head of Sales
- Recency: target signals based on how recent they are. You can choose to see signals from the last 7, 30, or 90 days to keep your insights up to date.
