Learn how to manage your credits to ensure you make the most of Firmable.
Below is an overview of how to manage your credits, monthly credit rollover, and how to add more credits if needed.
How to manage your credits
- Once logged in, go to Manage account and click on Credits.
- On the Credits page, you can see:
- Subscription credits: These are the credits included in your subscription. Subscription credits are replenished every month.
- Allocated this month: These are the credits included in your subscription for the current month. Subscription credits are replenished every month.
- Used this month: Your total credits used for this month.
- Total remaining: Total credits including your monthly subscription credits, and any used credits rolled over from the previous month.
- Credits roll over: Based on when you’re allocated credits, unused credits will roll over for the period advised (typically monthly).
- Add-on credits: Add-on credits are bundles of credits that you can purchase in addition to your subscription. Add-on credits do not expire, so you can use them whenever you need them as long as your subscription is active. Add-on credits are always used after your subscription credits have been fully consumed.
- Subscription credits: These are the credits included in your subscription. Subscription credits are replenished every month.
Do my unused credits roll over?
Yes, any of your unused monthly credits will now automatically roll over to the next month! You will see a tally of your remaining credits under Total remaining.
Please note, monthly credit rollover came into effect from Monday 7th October.
How to add more credits
- Click on Add credit to start the process of adding add-on credits.
- You will get a pop-up box where you can add credits. You will see the cost per credit and the total price for the number of credits you're buying. Click Confirm and pay to proceed (you will enter your credit card and make payment on the next screen).
- Choose your payment method and click on the Pay button.
- After the payment is processed, you'll get a confirmation message on the screen, and your credit balance will reflect the new credits.
