How to connect Firmable to Claude

Connect Firmable to Claude on the web or desktop and search from your chats

You can connect Firmable to Claude to search companies and people, build lists and review signal hits from a chat. Firmable connects to Claude as a custom connector, on Claude web and Claude Desktop. Connectors belong to your Claude account, so if you add Firmable on the web it also appears in Claude Desktop.

What you need

  • A Claude account that can add custom connectors.
  • Your Firmable MCP URL and Client ID. See Where to find your Firmable MCP URL and Client ID.
  • A Firmable plan with MCP access, and your active Firmable account to authorise the connection.
  • On Claude Team or Enterprise plans, an organisation owner adds Firmable first, then team members connect it themselves from Customize and Connectors.

After you connect

  • You choose when Claude can use each Firmable tool. Review the tool permissions when you first connect.
  • MCP uses the same credits as the Firmable app. Searching is free, and revealing contact details or pushing records to your CRM uses credits. See “How Firmable credits work”.
  • Tell Claude “Don’t use any credits until I confirm” if you want to review contacts before it reveals them.
