Firmable is now SOC 2 Type 2 compliant, and you can check the health of our services any time on the new Firmable status page. We've also cleaned up more than 98 million job titles, added millions of work emails, opened up the Clay integration to every region we cover, and rebuilt our HubSpot enrichment app on HubSpot's latest framework.
Firmable is SOC 2 Type 2 compliant
An independent auditor has confirmed that our security controls don't just look right on paper. They work in practice. SOC 2 Type 2 is the standard most security and procurement teams ask for, so it should make vendor reviews and security questionnaires a lot quicker.
The report is confidential and shared under NDA. If your security team needs a copy, ask your account manager or contact our support team and we'll send it through.

The new Firmable status page shows the live health of our services in one place: uptime, any current incidents, and progress on resolving them. You can subscribe to get updates when something changes, so you don't need to contact support to find out whether an issue is on our side.

Cleaner job titles, departments and seniority
We've rebuilt how job titles are classified across the Firmable database. More than 98 million job titles have now been reclassified, including people's past positions. Tens of millions of people have moved out of the vague "Other" buckets and into the department and seniority they actually belong to, like Operations, Engineering, Sales, Manager or VP/Director.
The result is that the Department and Seniority filters return the people you mean. A search for marketing managers brings back marketing managers, not a list padded with unclassified titles.

More work emails and deeper North American coverage
Between July and September we added 21 million work emails, so more of the contacts you find come with a way to reach them. Our North American data has grown too, and now covers 13.6 million companies, 95 million people and 62 million mobile numbers.
We've also filled gaps in company data across every region, adding phone numbers, emails, locations, industries and keywords to millions of company profiles. More complete profiles mean more companies turn up when you search by industry, keyword or location.
Clay integration now covers every region
If you enrich contacts in Clay, you can now access Firmable contact data across every region we hold data for, not just a subset. Enrichment returns only the phone number or work email you asked for, so your Clay tables stay clean.

HubSpot enrichment app rebuilt
Our HubSpot enrichment app now runs on HubSpot's latest app framework, ahead of HubSpot retiring the legacy version. It's the same app you already use to enrich companies and contacts from inside HubSpot, built on a foundation that's supported for the long term.
