New search filters available
We’ve just released five powerful new filters under the ‘Next Gen’ category to help you better pinpoint your ideal customers. You can now filter companies by:
- Multinational: Find businesses with operations in multiple countries.
- Target Market Focus: Identify companies with a vertical, horizontal, or consumer approach.
- Target Customer Type: Focus on the type of customer they serve e.g. B2B vs B2C.
- Products: Filter by the specific products a company provides.
- Services Provided: Narrow your search based on the services offered.

Managing your lists in Firmable just got easier
We’ve made it easier to organise and manage your Lists in Firmable. You can now search for lists, see who created them, and quickly manage your saved records.
We’ve also added new bulk actions to help you work faster:
- Add to another list: Keep records in the current list while adding them to others.
- Move to different list: Move records and remove them from the current list.
- Remove from list: Permanently remove records, this action can’t be undone.

Meet our new Support chatbot
We’ve added an AI-powered support chatbot in the Firmable app to help you find answers, faster. Whether you’re looking for how-to guides, troubleshooting steps or tips on getting the most out of Firmable, the chatbot is available 24/7 to point you in the right direction directly within the app.

Our data team has been busy behind the scenes, enriching our database with even more contact details. We’ve added over 2.9 million mobile numbers and 4.3 million email addresses – with a focus on senior decision makers – so you can reach the right people, faster.
New Zealand registers now available
On the back of launching our New Zealand data offering, the Firmable team spent time on the ground in Auckland hosting a range of roundtable and networking events during Techweek NZ.
We're also continuing to grow our collection of custom NZ registers! If you're new to registers, they're ready-made, curated lists you’ll find under filters when searching in Firmable. These are exclusive Australian and New Zealand specific datasets you can access instantly – no need to build them from scratch, and you won’t find them on other platforms like ZoomInfo or Lusha.
