From our new Chrome extension to HubSpot integration, revamped downloads, lists, and more – get ready to streamline your list building, enrichment, and sales prospecting processes.
New Chrome extension
Our Chrome browser extension allows you to engage instantly with prospects and customers across the tools you use every day. From any company website or LinkedIn profile, you’ll be able to immediately see Firmable data for the matched person or company, access their contact details for fast outreach (including emails and mobile number where available), add to lists in Firmable, or push the record to HubSpot (if you have the new integration installed, see below for more).
The browser extension is now available for Chrome users to all customers, included in all plans.

HubSpot integration
Soon you’ll be able to integrate your Firmable account with HubSpot to streamline data processes and improve efficiency. Find new companies and people to target in Firmable and push these records direct to HubSpot – so you can spend more time selling and less time searching or dealing with spreadsheets. You can also enrich your database with the most up-to-date information from Firmable, including firmographics, technographics, mobiles, and more.
Prefer to work directly from HubSpot? Without leaving a company or contact action card within HubSpot, you can enrich the records data or find new prospects to connect with.
The integration is currently awaiting HubSpot approval and will be available soon to all customers on Teams or Teams Pro plans.

Download up to 10,000 records
We’ve increased the download limit to 10,000 records or you can add up to 5,000 records to your lists. Once your download is ready to view, you’ll now receive an email alert and can also see a full history including progress status in our new Download Centre.
We’ve also changed the download format from CSV to XLSX (Excel) to allow for improved formatting, meaning you get a cleaner list ready to get to work on!
Revamped search and list views
Want to adjust the column widths in the search or list view? See it in full screen? Customised columns? We’ve done a complete revamp so you can do all these things! We’ve also made it easlier to select all records on a page, all results, or individual records – where you can then add to a list or download.
Better collaboration with shared lists
For our Teams and Teams Pro customers, you can now more easily share and collaborate on lists with other members of your organisation. Lists will be created as ‘Shared’ by default or you can change this to ‘Private’ if you want to keep it visible only to you.
More mobiles and emails than ever before
We've enriched our database with more contact details including mobile phone numbers and emails, with a focus on senior decision makers so you can get to the people you need to speak to, fast.
