Smarter prospecting starts now with AI account intelligence

Account intelligence is now available in Firmable to help you supercharge your prospecting with fast, tailored insights about your target companies. Instead of manually researching accounts, Firmable uses AI to surface insights across three core categories:  

  • Company background: like industry, size, products and key competitors. 
  • Real-time updates: such as financial reports, executive changes and product launches) 
  • Personalised context: including suggested pitch angles, aligned value propositions and potential objections. 

Firmable provides a default set of questions to guide these insights and you can also add customised questions to suit your go-to-market strategy.

Map users and get more visibility on data pushes 

We’ve added new CRM features to help you work smarter and keep your data flowing smoothly. You can now configure Firmable users to be set as record owners in your CRM, making it easier to manage downstream workflows. The Download Centre also now includes a detailed report for each CRM push, showing created and updated record counts, records that didn’t meet unique identifier requirements, failed records with error logs, credits used, and direct links to individual profiles in both Firmable and your CRM.

Signal agents now track even more company signal types

Signal agents just got even smarter. With a wider range of signal types now included, you can monitor key accounts with greater depth and precision than ever before. Select a custom range for bulk profile actions

You can now select a custom range when choosing records in search, giving you more control over the exact number of records you want to work with. Whether you’re downloading data, pushing records to your CRM, or adding them to a list, this update makes it quick and easy to work with just the records you need, without having to select them one by one.

We’ve added 14 new construction registers to Firmable, giving you even more targeted access to Australia’s construction industry. These new registers include commercial construction companies, civil and infrastructure firms, construction management and consulting, construction material suppliers, and residential builders. You can find these pre-curated registers in the filters section on the main search page, making it easier than ever to narrow your search and connect with the right contacts in construction.
