What uses credits when you use the Firmable MCP connector
See which Firmable connector actions are free and which use credits, so you can search, enrich, and push to your CRM with no surprises.
When you use Firmable in Claude, ChatGPT, or Microsoft Copilot, you draw from the same credits as the Firmable app. Searching and organising are free. Credits are used when you get contact details or send records out.
One credit pool, everywhere
- Credits are shared across the Firmable app, the browser extension, and the MCP connector.
- It doesn’t matter where you unlock a record. You pay once per record.
- Unlock a contact in the app, and revealing that person through the connector costs nothing extra.
- This works the other way too. Anything you unlock through the connector is already unlocked in the app.
- Each contact or company record costs one credit, once.
- That one credit gives you all the available details, including email and mobile number.
- You’re not charged again if the person changes jobs, or their email or phone number changes.
- Firmable updates the data, and your unlocked record updates with it.
- Revealing both the email and the mobile number for the same person costs 1 credit in total, not 2.

- Searching for companies and people, by filters or in plain language
- Looking up filter options, such as industries, locations, and seniority levels
- Matching and enriching an uploaded list, until you request contact details
- Creating, renaming, and viewing lists
- Adding, removing, copying, and moving profiles between lists
- Viewing your Signal Agents, their settings, and their signal hits
- Viewing your saved searches
- Account Intelligence summaries
- Finding similar companies and people
- Requests for missing contact details, unless Firmable finds the data
What uses credits via MCP
- Viewing a full company or people profile: up to 1 credit per record
- Viewing profiles in bulk: up to 1 credit per record, for up to 100 at a time
- Revealing emails: up to 1 credit per person
- Revealing mobile numbers: 1 credit per person
- Downloading a record for the first time
- Pushing a record to your CRM: up to 1 credit per record
- Pushing a whole list to your CRM: up to 1 credit per record in the list
- Enriching an existing CRM record: 1 credit per record, however many fields are enriched
When you’re not charged via MCP
- Viewing, revealing, downloading, or pushing a record you’ve already unlocked
- Re-downloading a record after Firmable has updated its data
- Re-enriching a CRM record you’ve already enriched
- Enriching a record you previously pushed from Firmable
- Requesting a mobile number or email Firmable can’t find
Before you run a bulk action
- Claude may use credits without asking, as soon as you ask for contact details.
- Add this to your prompt: “Don’t use any credits until I confirm. Find the contacts first, then I’ll choose who to reveal.”
- Bulk reveals are all or nothing. If you don’t have enough credits, nothing is charged.
- Pushing a whole list sends every record in it. To push only some, select those profiles and push them instead.
- Check how many records are in a list before you push it.
- Whether Claude asks before charging credits depends on your connector approval settings.
