Webhooks Portal shows an error

The "Push profile" button is not visible
The Webhooks feature may not be enabled on your account, or you haven't set up an endpoint yet. Contact your Firmable account manager to enable the feature.
The "Push profile" button is disabled
Your account doesn't have enough credits. Purchase additional credits or wait for your subscription to renew.
Webhook messages are failing
- Check that your endpoint URL is correct and publicly accessible.
- Ensure your endpoint returns an HTTP 2xx status code on success.
- Check the Logs tab in the Webhooks Portal for specific error details.
- If using an automation platform, confirm the scenario or workflow is active.
Not receiving data at my endpoint
- Verify the endpoint is not disabled in the Webhooks Portal.
- Confirm the endpoint is subscribed to the correct event types. (e.g., enrich.company for
company pushes). - Check delivery stats, if messages show as "Attempting", your endpoint may be slow to respond.
Webhooks Portal shows an error
- Try refreshing the page.
- Clear your site data and log into Firmable again.
- If the error persists, contact Firmable support.
Error "We're having trouble sending this webhook"
