Learn how to set up Account Intelligence in Firmable to see personalised insights about companies to help you supercharge your prospecting and quickly research any account.
Easily gather, structure, and act on insights about target companies. Account intelligence automates manual research so you can focus on higher-value activities - like engaging the right stakeholders and refining your approach.
Insights are AI powered and grouped into three core categories:

Company background: eg. industry, size, products and services, key competitors.

Real-time updates: eg, financial reports, product launches, executive changes, legal events.

Personalised context: e.g. aligning value propositions, identifying pitch angles, addressing common objections.
Firmable provides a standard set of questions to guide the insights. These are global by default, but Admins and Managers can customise them to match your go-to-market strategy.

Prerequisites
Before using Account intelligence, ensure:
- You are on a Teams or Teams Pro plan with Firmable.
- You have an Admin or Manager role on Firmable to initially setup.
How to set up Account intelligence
- Once logged in, go to Manage account and click on Get started to set up your Account intelligence agent.

Choose from the list of Firmable’s standard questions by selecting the checkboxes. These are optional default questions.
- Personalise your Account intelligence agent by adding custom questions. Click + Add question and start typing your custom question.
- Note: you can build your Account intelligence agent with a mix Standard and/or custom questions.
- Repeat this step to add more custom questions. Click Remove if you need to delete a question.
Example custom questions:
- What product launches, feature releases or sunsets has the company announced in the last 90 days?
- What funding rounds, acquisitions or divestitures has the company completed this calendar year?
- What are the likely objections the company might raise about X product and services offering, and what evidence-based rebuttals address each one?
- What cold-email opening line could reference a very recent news item to engage decision-makers based on what X is offering?
- Note: you can select or add up to 10 standard or custom questions in total.
- Click Continue when you're ready to create your agent.

Your Account intelligence agent is now set up.
How to use Account intelligence
- Once you’ve opened a company profile, click Account intelligence to view insights.
- The Account Intelligence agent will automatically generate insights based on your selected standard and custom questions. It may take a few minutes to generate the first time you open Account Intelligence for a company.
- Once generated, Firmable displays insights based on your configured standard and custom Account intelligence questions. Each insight includes a source, shown under the Sources section.
- Easily identify key stakeholders within a company by clicking Find Decision Makers.
If available, people will be listed in order of seniority.
How to manage Account intelligence
- Once logged in, go to Manage account and click Account intelligence.
- Click Manage questions to update or add more questions.
- From here, you can select or unselect additional standard questions, and add or remove custom questions.
- Click Continue to save changes.
