How to connect Firmable to Microsoft Copilot
Connect Firmable to a Microsoft Copilot Studio agent as a custom connector
You can connect Firmable to Microsoft Copilot so a Copilot Studio agent can search companies and people, build lists and review signal hits. Copilot connects through a custom connector built in Power Apps and added to a Copilot Studio agent. Unlike ChatGPT and Claude, it needs a one-time step with Firmable Support before sign-in works.
What you need
- Power Apps access, with permission to create custom connectors.
- A Copilot Studio agent to add Firmable to. Firmable tools only run inside an agent.
- The Firmable connector files from Support: the OpenAPI file, a Client ID and a Client Secret. Contact Support to request them.
- Firmable to approve your connector’s Redirect URL. You’ll send it to us during setup, and sign-in fails until we’ve added it.
- A Firmable plan with MCP access.
Set it up
The full step-by-step instructions are in our developer docs:
https://docs.firmable.com/mcp/microsoft-copilot
Steps 1 to 3 (creating the connector and getting the Redirect URL approved) are one-time. Once done, the connector is available to any agent in that environment.
Tips
- Custom connectors may not show in the left menu by default. Look under More, then Discover all.
- The Redirect URL only appears after you’ve saved the connector at least once.
After you connect
- MCP uses the same credits as the Firmable app. Searching is free, and revealing contact details or pushing records to your CRM uses credits. See “How Firmable credits work”.
