How to connect Firmable to ChatGPT
Connect Firmable to ChatGPT and access Firmable data from your chats
You can connect Firmable to ChatGPT to search companies and people, build lists and review signal hits from a chat. There are two ways to connect it:
- Add Firmable from the ChatGPT store, the recommended route. Firmable is a verified app, so you don’t need a Client ID or developer setup.
- Add it manually as a custom connector, if Firmable isn’t available on your ChatGPT plan. This route needs Developer mode turned on in ChatGPT, plus your Firmable MCP URL and Client ID.
What you need
- A ChatGPT account with access to apps, or Developer mode if you’re adding it manually.
- A Firmable plan with MCP access.

After you connect
- Enable Firmable in each chat from the + menu, then More, before you use it.
- MCP uses the same credits as the Firmable app. Searching is free, and revealing contact details or pushing records to your CRM uses credits. See “How Firmable credits work”.
- Tell ChatGPT “Don’t use any credits until I confirm” if you want to review contacts before it reveals them.
