How Firmable credits work

Check your balance and learn what uses Firmable credits

Firmable uses one credit pool across the web app, browser extension, mobile app and MCP connector. You pay once per record, and it’s unlocked everywhere.

Check your credits balance

  1. Click your profile picture, then Manage account, then Credits.
  2. See your subscription credits (refresh monthly, unused ones roll over when you renew or upgrade) and add-on credits (don’t expire while you’re subscribed, used after subscription credits).

The one-credit rule

One credit unlocks everything Firmable has on that record: the profile, work email, mobile number and any other available details. Unlocking both email and mobile for one person still costs one credit in total.

Once unlocked, a record stays unlocked for your whole organisation:

  • You can view, download, push to your CRM or enrich it again at no extra cost.
  • It stays unlocked in the app, the browser extension, the mobile app and through Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot. Unlock it in one place and it’s free everywhere else.
  • If the person changes jobs or their details change, Firmable updates the record you’ve already unlocked. You aren’t charged again, and re-downloading it after an update is free too.
  • Records you’ve already pushed or enriched don’t cost another credit to enrich again.

In short, you pay once per record, not once per action.

What uses a credit

  • Showing a mobile number (only if one is found)
  • First download or CRM push of a record
  • CRM enrichment, one credit per record however many fields
  • Revealing a work email through MCP or the API
  • CRM agent and Signal agent CRM actions on new records

What’s free

  • Searching, filters, finding similar companies and people
  • Creating and managing lists, saved searches and Signal agents
  • Account intelligence summaries
  • Anything you’ve already unlocked
  • Requesting missing contact details (you only pay if a mobile is found and you reveal it)

Using Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot

MCP uses the same credits. Searching and organising are free, and revealing or pushing contacts uses credits. Tell your AI “Don’t use any credits until I confirm” so you can review before it reveals anything. Bulk reveals are all or nothing, and pushing a list sends every record in it.
